Small potatoes;
Salt, ground black pepper (vegetable or other spices can also be used);
Caraway;
Olive oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil can also be used).
Wash the potatoes well, dry them and place them in a bowl. If the potatoes are larger, cut them in half or into three parts. Sprinkle the potatoes with oil and sprinkle with spices. We mix so that the oil and spices are evenly distributed.
We heat the oven to 190 degrees. We put the prepared potatoes in a tin, sprinkle with cumin, cover with foil and put in the oven. We bake for 40-50 minutes. Before the end of cooking, remove the foil and let the fries brown nicely.
Potatoes baked in the oven can be served as a side dish to meat or fish dishes. Perfect with fried chicken quarters or wings, along with pickled or pickled cucumbers. It is also delicious with butter, salt and kefite. Delicious!
