Medium-sized cabbage – 1 pc.;;
Onion – 1 pc.;
Garlic – 3 cloves.;
Ginger root ~ 2 cm x 2 cm piece;
Lemon juice ~ 0.5 lemon;
Broth in cubes ~ 0.5-1 pcs.;
Spices: cumin – 1 tablespoon; coriander – 1 teaspoon; turmeric – 1 teaspoon; chili flakes – 1 tablespoon; salt
Avocado or other vegetable oil used for cooking.
We cut the cabbage as thinly as possible. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into the pan, add chopped onion, garlic and ginger, fry and add cabbage, mix. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. We add a chopped chicken stock cube, a teaspoon of all the listed spices, pour lemon juice and, stirring occasionally, cook until the cabbage is cooked (about another 5-7 minutes).
